
Véronique Bédague
Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of the Board
Véronique Bédague has been Chairwoman and CEO of Nexity since 1 January 2023, having been a Director and Chief Executive Officer (from 19 May 2021 until 31 December 2022). A graduate of IEP Paris, ESSEC and a former student of ENA, Véronique Bédague joined the Nexity group in 2017 as General Secretary and member of the Executive Committee. Between 2018 and 2020, she was successively Chairwoman and CEO of Nexity lmmobilier d’Entreprise, Deputy CEO of the Nexity group, in charge of the “Commercial and Local Authorities Clients” division, then of “Institutional Clients”. She has worked at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, the International Monetary Fund, and the City of Paris. Before joining Nexity, she was Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister.

Jean-Claude Bassien
Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Jean-Claude Bassien held various executive positions at Crédit Agricole Cheuvreux between 1991 and 2010, before becoming its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has developed a comprehensive expertise in European Equity brokerage for an international client base of institutional investors. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of the “Equities and Derivatives” business line and, from 2008 to 2012, was a member of the Executive Committee of Crédit Agricole-CIB, the Crédit Agricole Group’s investment and financing bank. In 2012, Jean-Claude Bassien created KUBX, an investment holding company which he used to invest in hightech start-ups and cultural enterprises. Jean-Claude Bassien joined Nexity in March 2019 as Deputy CEO of Nexity Solutions Entreprise. He has been Managing Director of Nexity Solutions Entreprise since July 2020.

Fabrice Aubert
Group Deputy Managing Director and Chairman of the New Urban Services & Solutions division
At the beginning of his professional career, Fabrice Aubert was an auditor and then Master of Requests at the Council of State (Conseil d’État), before being Legal Advisor at the office of Pierre Moscovici at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (2013-2014), then Legal Advisor to the office of Michel Sapin at the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts. He joined Nexity in January 2016, where he was successively in charge of the Strategy Department and then Director of New Business Lines. From May 2017 to May 2019, he was advisor for institutions, public action and digital transition at the office of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic. Fabrice Aubert was appointed Nexity’s General Secretary in May 2019 and has headed up the Institutional Clients division since May 2021.
On September 2025, he has been appointed Chairman of the New Urban Services & Solutions division.
Fabrice Aubert is a graduate of École Nationale d’Administration (ENA), a graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and of Columbia University, a former student of the University of Chicago and a member of the Council of State.

Pierre-Henry Pouchelon
Group Deputy Managing Director in charge of Finance and the Development division’s performance
After working for nearly 10 years at the audit firm Mazars, Pierre‑Henry Pouchelon joined Nexity in 2016 as Business Controller of the Nexity branch network, before becoming General Secretary of the Real Estate Services to Individuals division in 2018 where he was notably in charge of the finances of these business lines. In October 2020, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Services to Individuals division of Nexity and as such contributed to the success of its strategic redeployment. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in February 2022 and Company Secretary in charge of Group finance in April 2023.
On September 2025, he has been appointed Deputy Managing Director in charge of Finance and the Development division’s performance. Starting 1 January 2026, he will lead the external growth division.
Pierre-Henry Pouchelon, holds a Master’s degree in mathematics applied to the social sciences and a Master’s degree in insurance and risk management from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

Anne-Laure Joumas
Head of Real Estate and Performance and Head of the Serviced Properties division (Coworking, Serviced Residences)
Anne-Laure Joumas joined Nexity in 2022 as Head od operations for Nexity Entreprises. In 2023, she also took charge of the Real Estate and Procurement Department and led the relocation of Nexity's headquarters to Saint-Ouen. Her responsibilities now also include the management of the Group's Operations Division (Coworking, Managed Residences) and the supervision of the "Nexity Retail" subsidiary.
Previously, she worked for about fifteen years within the real estate divisions of retail groups (Casino and then Carrefour) as well as at the International Market of Rungis.
Anne-Laure Joumas holds a Magistère in Urban Planning from the French Institute of Urbanism, a DEA in Urban Planning from the Sorbonne, and a master's degree from ESSEC.

Lionel Séropian
Managing Director – Southern region
Lionel Seropian joined Nexity in 2001 as Planning and Development Manager in the Provence subsidiary. With over 24 years of real estate development experience within the Group, he has held positions in the fields of real estate development and URBAN planning. He continued his career by becoming Managing Director of the subsidiary, then Regional Director of the Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur region. Since 2022, his responsibilities also cover the Occitanie region.
He currently serves as the Managing Director of the Southern region, including Languedoc, overseeing the development and performance of all multi-product real estate operations within his scope.
Lionel Seropian holds a DESS in Construction and Urban Planning Law, as well as a diploma from the Institute of Planning and Urbanism.

Joris Delapierre
Managing Director – Paris region
Joris Delapierre joined Nexity in 2008 as Business Development Manager within the Nexity Foncier Conseil subsidiary before joining Féréal, which became Nexity Grand Paris in 2011. Within Nexity Grand Paris, he progressed by becoming Business Development Manager of several departments, before being appointed Agency Director (2016), Deputy Managing Director (2018), and then Managing Director (2019) of the subsidiary.
He has been the Managing Director of all residential subsidiaries in the Île-de-France region since 2024.
Joris Delapierre holds a master's degree from ESCE.
