Our innovative affordable housing solutions

Together with elected representatives and local authorities, we design housing adapted to the diversity of needs, solutions to enhance residential mobility, and project that combine mixed use and social diversity. We also strive to promote social home ownership and its solvency, as with our real estate “funding pot”, as well as social housing project and cost-controlled housing ranges.

We also have experience in innovation in terms of affordable housing. For instance, with Tours Habitat, we have set up a civil construction-sale company to carry out the Parc'cœur real estate project. Various types of housing are proposed: flats, houses, open-access or social rental-accession loans (PSLA) and a home for young workers.

Our social and civic commitment with the Nexity Foundation

Created in 2017, the Nexity Foundation works alongside local authorities and other economic and social players to create a more inclusive city. It supports social inclusion projects through housing, education, training and employment, for people in vulnerable situations:

-Housing: The Foundation finances and supports social innovation and empowerment projects for people in precarious situations. We encourage them to regain control over their lives and be able to act.

-Education, training and employment: we support projects, for young people aged 14 to 26 from low-income backgrounds and/or from QPV priority urban planning districts.
